About Colorado:
Colorado is the place where life and work weave seamlessly together. From the Rocky Mountains to small-town favorites to the Denver metro landmarks, working for UCHealth and living in Colorado are the best of both worlds.
Due north of Denver lie beautiful Fort Collins, Loveland and Longmont, home to Colorado State University and gateways to the Rocky Mountains. Here “live, work, play” takes on new meaning as life seamlessly transitions from work to play.
Fort Collins and Loveland boast more than 60 miles of paved trails for commuting and recreation, plus miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. For the water enthusiast, there are many local lakes and rivers for boating, paddle boarding or fishing.
Old Town Fort Collins and Loveland offer many locally owned restaurants and more than 20 locally owned but regionally acclaimed microbreweries. Local shopping, farmers’ markets, parks and museums round out the culturally diverse, yet small-town feel of Northern Colorado.
Head south of Denver and you will find Colorado Springs, home to Garden of the Gods National Park, Pikes Peak and world-renowned rock climbing. Colorado Springs, nestled at the base of the Southern Rockies, embodies the Rocky Mountain lifestyle—you live here, you play here.
Colorado Springs offers it all—fishing, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, museums and restaurants—in a scenic landscape. With a population of 668,000, the possibilities are endless. Colorado Springs offers some of the most distinctive entertainment in the state. It is home to the Colorado Balloon Classic (an annual hot air balloon festival), the United States Olympic Training Center and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
Colorado offers it all: outdoor lifestyle, big city amenities and a place to call home.
