We currently operate 12 outpatient clinics serving more than 100,000 patients from diverse backgrounds in the communities of Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine, Mount Vernon, Anacortes, and Woodinville (opening in 2026).
In addition, we offer a variety of additional services including three urgent care centers, clinic-based behavioral health, care management, sports medicine and laboratory services. Our clinicians vary widely in their practices with some focusing solely on outpatient care while others add some combination of OB care and/or urgent care.

Compensation:
Physicians joining the Woodinville Family Care Network clinic are offered a 15-month Associate Physician contract with total first-year compensation of $300,000. The compensation package includes a $260,000 annual base salary (pro-rated for less than full-time), a $30,000 signing bonus, and a $10,000 transition bonus. Upon satisfactory completion of the Associate period (which typically occurs in 12-15 months), the Physician will likely become eligible for co-ownership and receive approval to become a Member Physician.

Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role. A simple process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
